The opponent made a capture lying down, when the attacker is lying on his stomach.
In this case, the pain effect is achieved by the impact of the right elbow of the attacker on the middle of the shoulder blade of the left arm of the defender, as well as by the hands on his elbow bend and wrist (Fig. 1).
To free himself, the defender turns his free right arm horizontally around the shoulder joint and simultaneously begins to twist in the hip joint (Fig. 2). Continuing to twist to the left with his whole body, he takes the attacker out of a stable position and begins to turn him over (Fig. 3). Then the defender goes into a counterattack and is free to use any methods available to him to neutralize the enemy (Fig. 4).
